Insight was formed in 1985. We work with our clients to develop their potential to excel. To do this we provide management development training, research and consultancy services. The Insight team is committed to providing high quality, up to date services for its clients. We have a core group of full time consultants who have worked with many prominent companies including almost fifty local authorities throughout the UK. Our public sector experience has enabled us to gain an informed perspective of the major Local Government changes that have been, and still are, occurring.
In the past few years Insight has been pushing the boundaries of E-learning, developing our Extranet and E-academy. Both these new innovations offer a flexible and appropriate means of learning to clients and individuals.
As a ‘service organisation’ Insight relies on its people to deliver this commitment through ensuring it has a highly skilled and motivated workforce. To this end the company believes in being a family friendly organisation, taking account of child care and home commitments, offering flexible working arrangements and home working as appropriate. The business has a flat organisational structure with roles and responsibilities being allocated according to need, experience and interest.
As a company Insight builds long term relationships with clients, many of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We feel these relationships are sustained by living up to our core values of offering:
A high quality, value for money service to meet the needs of our customers
Insight is committed to equality of opportunity for everyone and the valuing of diversity. This forms a strong foundation of both our work with clients and our internal business practice.
Our internal structures are given focus by our commitment to Investors in People, for which we are accredited, and our use of 360 degree appraisal systems throughout the company.
